This is a higher to medium grade blemished RAS.  The quad rail alone is new previous inventory, but continues to be banged close to, and may display indications of have on in the anodizing, Particularly to the Picitinny Rails by themselves.  Due to the fact this will be under any rail protect, the grading is medium:  B to A- It is the same as a
